moist banana bread recipe

What I am going to teach you today is moist banana bread. I learned this from a cook book, but I never did like the taste. Hence, I changed the amount of ingredients you usually will put in it. I will tell you which ingredient has being changed.

This recipe will take about 1 hour and 25 minutes to bake and 10 minutes for the preparation.

Ingredients:

1) 1 cup sugar ( The cook book stated that put one and a half cup of sugar)
2) 2 eggs
3) 3 large very ripe bananas
4)1 teaspoon vanilla
5)1/2 cup butter
6)2 cups flour
7) 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
8)1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
9)1/2 cup chopped nuts (This ingredient is optional)

Directions:

1)Place sugar, butter, eggs, bananas in the blender. Let is blends until it is smooth.

2)Pour over dry ingredients and mix it until it is moist.

3) Pour into greased loaf pan.

4)Bake at 375°F degrees for 1 hour or until skewer inserted comes out clean.
